Arushi a law graduate from Vivekananda Law School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (2010-2015), has a seven year experience in Intellectual Property Law. Having interned and worked with the legal fraternity’s best law firms and lawyers, she has hands-on experience in the field of IPR. She has been associated with firms like ALG India Law Offices LLP, Amarjit & Associates and Singh & Singh as part of their IP (Trademark, Copyright and Design) team.
She has been extensively appearing, pleading and contesting cases before various judicial forums including High courts, District Courts, Trademarks Registry and tribunals for clients in numerous cases with a key focus on IP Law. She on a regular basis strategizes and provides advice to clients regarding their legal rights and duties under the law of the land.
She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
She also manages substantial trademark portfolios for clients. Her area of practice includes trademark clearance search, and advising clients on use, protection of IP including counseling clients in trademark selection and registration. Her area of experience includes giving opinions, drafting cease and desist letters, assignment trademark prosecution, opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademarks Registry and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board in contentious matters.
Arushi pens articles for newspapers as well as publications. She has co-authored research papers in journals.
She is personally empanelled by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) for representing them in all matters filed by/against the North DMC in District Courts. She is also empanelled in the Group ‘A’ Panel of Supreme Court of India to represent the Government of India.
